1) EU/EEA customers: 14-day right of withdrawal (change of mind)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.
If an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the 14-day period ends by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email).

Please include: your name, order number, items you want to return, and the date you received the order.
You may use this template:
Model withdrawal statement:
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [items].

2) Returns after withdrawal
After you notify us of withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
Return address
We will provide the return address upon email request. Please contact info@decaplaza.com to obtain the correct return address and return instructions before sending anything back.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be in resaleable condition, meaning:
- unworn (try-on is fine, like in a store),
- unwashed,
- free from stains/odors/hair,
- with tags/packaging where applicable.
You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3) Refunds (timing and what is refunded)
If you withdraw from the purchase:
- We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound shipping (if you paid for shipping).
- If you chose a more expensive delivery method (e.g., express), we refund only the cost of the standard delivery option.
Refund deadline: We will issue the refund within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you provide evidence that you have sent them—whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made to the original payment method (processed via Shopify payments handling), unless we agree otherwise.
4) Return shipping costs (no free returns)
We do not offer free returns for change-of-mind withdrawals. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
5) Wrong, damaged, or faulty items (EU consumer rights)
If you received the wrong item, or your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, you have legal rights under EU consumer law.
How to report an issue
Email info@decaplaza.com and include:
- order number,
- a description of the issue,
- photos (recommended).
What we will do
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- replacement (where available), or
- refund (if replacement isn’t possible or appropriate).
In such cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution.
6) Exchanges
We don’t guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size/color, contact info@decaplaza.com and we’ll tell you the available options. Where an exchange isn’t possible, you may return eligible items (per this policy) and place a new order.
7) Non-EU customers
We sell worldwide. If you are outside the EU/EEA, return rights may differ depending on local laws. We may still accept returns under this policy, but the mandatory 14-day withdrawal right specifically applies to EU/EEA consumers.
