Delivery
When will I get my order?
Most orders take 3–7 business days to be fulfilled (printed and packed). Once fulfilled, your order is shipped.
Shipping time depends on your location and can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, peak seasons, weather, or customs processing.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with Printful, an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will be produced and shipped from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently based on factors like your delivery address and product availability.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Customs policies vary by country—please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure whether duties/taxes will apply.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address is correct
- Check with your local post office / carrier using the tracking number
- Check with neighbors/building reception in case the package was left with them
If the address was correct and you still can’t locate the shipment, email us at info@decaplaza.com with your order number and we’ll help.
If you found a mistake in the delivery address you provided, we can usually arrange a replacement shipment, but replacement shipping costs may be at your expense.

How are your products made?
Our products are made using print-on-demand. This means your items are printed after you place an order.
We partner with Printful to print and ship products from their facilities worldwide. Depending on your location, your order is produced and shipped from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (where tracking is available).
If you have questions about tracking or delivery, contact us at info@decaplaza.com and include your order number.
I received the wrong or a damaged product—what should I do?
We’re sorry about that. Please email info@decaplaza.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue (wrong item and/or damage)
- Any relevant details (e.g., packaging condition)
We’ll review the case and work to provide an appropriate resolution (such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation).
