These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of decaplaza.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products sold under the Decaplaza brand by Decadence OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We sell apparel (including t-shirts). Product images are for illustrative purposes; colors may vary due to screen settings. We try to ensure product descriptions, sizing, and prices are accurate, but errors may occur.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4) Orders, checkout, and contract formation

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the items in your cart.
We may accept or decline your order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or delivery restrictions).
The sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance (typically when you receive an order confirmation/shipping confirmation email, depending on operational flow).

We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing and product information) and to cancel affected orders with a refund where applicable.

5) Prices, currency, and taxes/duties

Prices are shown on the Site in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your location and how the store is configured.

For international shipments outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are typically your responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify’s checkout and payment processing. We do not typically store full payment card details.

By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (via Shopify) to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

7) Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide where available. Estimated delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, holidays, etc.).

Risk of loss typically passes to you upon delivery to you (or a person you designate), subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

This section does not limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

15) Events outside our control (force majeure)

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, carrier interruptions, or customs delays.

17) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
